Quality Services (Hornsby) Pty Ltd is a service company that provides contracted services to our retail businesses. The service company is associated with pharmacies that operate as a sole proprietor. The pharmacy locations are Healthylife Pharmacy, North Perth WA. Healthylife Pharmacy Adelaide, Healthylife Pharmacy Stafford, Queensland.
We require a Retail Manager (NSW) to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW.
The retail manager will lead, organise and control the local operation of our retail trading establishment.
Reporting to the Managing Director, duties and responsibilities include:
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles;
- Analyse sales and revenue reports and prepare forecasts;
- Commercial awareness and sound leadership skills;
- Deal with complaints from customers to preserve the store's established reputation;
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines;
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills;
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any operating issues that might arise;
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for continuous operating improvement;
- Knowledge of retail management best practice including POS operation and processes;
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure these meet set budgets;
- Plan, Lead, Organize and Control all store operations and responsibilities for store team members;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and displays;
- Preparing and controlling the store's budget, for optimal expenditure and efficiency;
- Supervising and leading individual staff members for optimal performance.
To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and 1 year of related employment experience OR at least three years of relevant employment experience.
This is a full time role, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $80,000 - $95,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
