About the Supervisor Role
The Modular Maintenance team is seeking a Supervisor to join them on a roster based at Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective execution of all maintenance activities during modular shutdowns.
This role ensures that all work is completed to the required standards, within the allocated timeframe, and in compliance with relevant site procedures and statutory regulations. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supervising the execution of planned mechanical maintenance activities during shutdowns, ensuring quality standards and adherence to schedules
* Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to ensure seamless integration of activities and compliance with site requirements
* Assisting in shutdown planning by developing detailed work packs, procedures, and schedules, while identifying and procuring necessary materials and equipment
* Participating in post-shutdown reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* A proven ability to supervise and lead mechanical maintenance teams, with strong planning, organisational, and time management skills
* A trade qualification or equivalent experience, along with a current WA Unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
* Strong SAP skills
* A strong understanding of mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics)
