About the role
This is a full-time role based at our Loganholme, Queensland office, leading the Sales team at Trackabout Off Road Campers, a leading manufacturer and retailer of high-quality off-road camper trailers. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Manage and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise sales processes
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
* Ensure the sales team delivers a consistently high level of customer service
* Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to support the overall business objectives
Requirements
* Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the camping or automotive industry
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales and marketing strategies
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
