As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be the go-to person for frontline leaders and team members on HR and ER matters, providing clear, practical advice and supporting grievance, performance management, and workplace investigations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on HR and ER matters to leaders and employees.
* Support grievance, performance management, and workplace investigations.
* Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and systems.
* Contribute to HR projects that improve the employee and manager experience.
