Site Manager Needed – Roofing Project (Victoria) Start Date: 10th August Location: Victoria, VIC Project Type: Roofing (Commercial) We're currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for one of our valued clients to oversee a roofing project based in Victoria. This role is critical to site safety, so we're looking for someone with a strong background in managing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance across the site. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on-site (works mainly on chimney and complete strip of the roof)
- Ensure all health & safety standards are met and maintained
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Liaise with project stakeholders
- Keep works on schedule and within scope Requirements:
- Proven experience managing roofing or construction projects
- Robust knowledge of HSE regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
