We're looking for a local Newman-based Admin Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a part-time role (school hours) that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact supporting our operations in the Pilbara.Working hours are flexible within school hours to accommodate your schedule.What you'll doPerform accurate data entry and records managementCoordinate flights, timesheets, and purchase ordersSupport site and project mobilisation activitiesProvide general administrative support to the teamPrepare InvoicesManage communications (written and verbal) in a professional and timely mannerWhat we're looking forNewman local only – this is not a FIFO positionProven administration experience in a fast-paced environmentMinimum 1-2 years of administration experience requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and excellent time managementAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsA proactive, problem-solving mindsetExperience with ERMS, PEGASUS, and SAP (preferred but not essential)Australian work rights are required for this positionAt WATM, we take pride in supporting our people and communities.
