About The Role

Our health and human services practice is rapidly growing, and we are seeking candidates located in ACT, NSW or QLD at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels with 1 to 4 years of professional experience in the health and/or aged care sector with the following capabilities:

You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of health and aged care. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference. This could include:
* Preparing high-impact presentations and reports, conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis for clients and stakeholders.
* Working on client sites to execute project and change management initiatives, leading workshops, delivering training, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
* Contributing to business development activities, crafting proposals, thought leadership pieces, and case studies to highlight our industry expertise. Your efforts will impact our growth and reputation.
* Participating in personalized training and development opportunities to enhance your professional and personal skills, within a learning culture that values growth.
Qualifications & Experience
1-4 years of relevant experience. Preferably, you've worked in consulting or professional services with clients in health, aged care, social services, disability, or mental health, or are seeking a change from operational or project roles within the health sector.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Willingness to travel within Australia.
* Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with structured thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to produce concise, impactful presentations and reports.
* Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
* Project management skills and flexibility with changing priorities.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
* Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
