Your Role

Key Responsibilities

* Support clients in line with their case plans, providing trauma-informed care and maintaining accurate records.
* Assist in the daily management of accommodation services, upholding the quality of service delivery.
Requirements
* A certificate-level qualification in a related field or current tertiary study is required.
* Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
* Sound judgment in crisis and emergency situations is necessary.
* A current first aid certificate is also required.
