Disability Support Workers – Multiple Locations & Specialisations
Independent Living Victoria is currently seeking passionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across multiple locations in Melbourne.
We have a range of rewarding opportunities supporting participants with varying levels of complexity, including high‐intensity and behavioural support needs.
We are recruiting for the following areas:
* Templestowe - Female Support Worker Required
* Watsonia - Female Support Worker Required
* Belgrave - Female Support Worker Required
* Fairfield - Vent experience preferred
* Ringwood - Male Support Worker Required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* MUST HAVE experience with Behaviours of Concern (complex, extensive BSP, restrictive practices etc.)
* Experience with transporting clients in your own vehicle for community access
* General individual support as required
* A valid Australian Drivers Licence and regular access to a vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
* A qualification in Disability Support, Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* The legal right to work in Australia
* A current Police Check (within 3 years)
* A current First Aid & CPR certificate (First Aid within 3 years, CPR within 1 year)
* A current Manual Handling certificate (within 1 year)
* Various other certificates relating to Infection Prevention and NDIS modules
* Ability to provide 2 professional references from this industry

Independent Living Victoria (ILV) is a locally owned and operated provider specialising in NDIS support, home care for older adults, and clinical in‐home services across Melbourne. We support both NDIS participants and privately funded clients of all ages, with disability or complex clinical needs, with enhanced oversight from our registered nurse care coordinators.
