We're seeking an organised and proactive Resource Allocator to support the Workforce Planning (WFP) team of a leading aviation catering and retail business, based onsite at Melbourne Airport.
This is a frontline, onsite position that requires commitment to rostered hours to ensure the smooth delivery of operational requirements. The role has become available to cover a maternity leave vacancy, and while the structure at the end of this period is yet to be confirmed, there's a healthy level of prospect within the wider business for the right person.
We're looking for a people-focused individual who can process information quickly and maintain accuracy in a busy workplace. Rostering experience is highly regarded but not essential; however, solid administrative capability and communication skills are key to success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
Daily time stamping and record management
Processing documentation for entry into the rostering system
Supporting demand planning activities
Managing the team's shared email inbox
Liaising with departmental leaders and employees
The role operates on a rotating AM shift roster across a three-week cycle, with start times varying between 6:00am and 8:00am depending on the week. Flexibility to work weekends as part of this rotation is required.
