HR Advisor (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Bundall, Gold Coast | Start: ASAP
We’re looking for a capable, hands-on HR Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will provide critical support across day-to-day HR operations while helping us maintain momentum across recruitment, onboarding and people initiatives during a period of growth and change.
This is not a purely administrative role - you’ll be expected to think, prioritise and get things done.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the People & Culture team to support core HR activities and ensure a smooth, consistent employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
* Coordinate and deliver onboarding for new starters
* Maintain and improve HR processes, templates and documentation
* Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
* Assist with learning and development coordination and tracking
* Support organisational change initiatives, including communication activities
* Ensure HR systems and records are accurate and up to date
* Respond to general HR queries from managers and employees
About You
You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace. You don’t wait to be told what to do - you see what needs doing and get on with it.
* Experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role
* Strong recruitment and onboarding experience
* Confidence handling HR administration with accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience documenting processes and improving ways of working
* Exposure to learning and development coordination
* Experience supporting organisational change and internal communications (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
