About You
Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling or holds a Master's in Psychology
Registered with ASORC or AHPRA
Full working rights and Australian Driver's Licence

The Role
As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide helping people return to work after injury.
Support clients with empathy, listen deeply, and guide them through life-changing transitions.
Conduct meaningful assessments focused on what matters most.
Build strong connections with health professionals, employers, insurers, and others to create effective solutions.
Spot barriers and design tailored Return to Work plans that build resilience and confidence.
Visit workplaces, understand the challenges, and advocate for safer, more inclusive environments.
