* Liaise between customers and the workshop to provide updates and approvals.
* Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and industry standards.
* Support warranty and recall processes where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
* Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and aftersales service excellence.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Computer literacy and experience with automotive systems advantageous.
* Current driver's licence.
