About the Role
We are seeking casual Nursing Facilitators to assist in the in office assessment of students in clinical workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the team of teacher/s and head teachers to design, validate and carry out assessments and moderation.
- Complete and carry out an assessment strategy
- Assess students on their clinical and on the job skills in line with current regulations and legislation
- Identify gaps that may require further training
- Motivate and encourage the candidates to complete their tasks and activities
- Provide support, education and guidance to the students
- Carry out necessary administrative and compliance work associated with assessments, validation and moderations.
Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR Assessor Skills Set OR Design and Develop Assessment tools
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current RN AHPRA registrations with no restrictions or notations
- Current national police check (within the last 2 years)
- Current WWCC
- Must be full vaccinated
- 2 x work related references
- Experience as a Trainer Assessor
- Demonstrated understanding of VET regulatory compliance
