The Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects and delivering outstanding results.

We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence
* Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
* Carpentry/Building Trade Qualified
* Insurance building experience highly regarded
* Construction White Card
* Understanding of WHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates
* Current motor vehicle licence
* Ability to travel as required
