We are now scaling operations, bringing products to global markets and expanding our product development pipeline to meet the demand from some of the world’s largest corporations.Supporting the Finance team you will be responsible for providing an effective purchasing service across the Company including providing general administration and finance assistance for the purchasing of goods & services to maximise value and service expectations from suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:Maintain & update purchasing and finance systemsTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesContinuous interactions & support of internal stakeholders across all departments with procurementLiaise and prompt communication with external suppliersCoordinate and manage inventory / stock controlProcess purchase orders, invoicing and assist with reconciliation of accountsAccurate receipt of incoming goods / stockLead and assist with supplier negotiationsAssist, prepare and maintain inventory reportsPerform general administrative/finance and project related duties as requested by management.Be the lead for all logistics of the companies product shipmentsActively participate in and positively contribute to a team environmentQualifications/Skills:Purchasing & inventory management experienceExperience with purchasing & finance software (e.g. Approval Max, Xero)Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent numeracy, literacy and communication skillsAbility to prioritise, and manage time effectivelyExperience in negotiating with suppliersComputer literacy, and ability to learn new systemsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamWill willingly contribute to our positive, driven, and supportive cultureOpportunities we offer:Competitive salaryExciting projects using a broad spectrum of competenciesWe are a progressive, creative and imaginative team that firmly believes in diversity and equal opportunity as we build a world-leading organisation.
