Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Network Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and operating network infrastructure that enables cloud computing at scale. Your expertise will help shape the future of cloud services, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and efficient.
Your day-to-day activities will include leading network projects, influencing operations function, troubleshooting, fixing and improving automation, analyzing networks using tools and metrics, investigating technical issues, planning, delivering, and simplifying new systems, processes, and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A relevant degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience in a large-scale network environment.
* Experience in a network-focused hands-on technical role, developing engineering deployment or operations mechanisms to support IP networking systems.
* Proficiency in automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl.
* Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and TCP/IP networking, routing, and Network Security architecture.
