Full Time | Riverbank Animal Hospital, Grafton NSW
Riverbank Animal Hospital is looking for a passionate and professional Client Care Coordinator to be the friendly face greeting our clients and guiding them through their veterinary journey.
We're located in the beautiful Clarence Valley and have proudly served our pet loving community for over 15 years.
We're known for our clinical excellence and compassion while building lasting relationships with our clients and treating every pet as if they were our own.
About The Role
This isn't just a reception job - it's a vital role in our client and patient experience.
You'll manage a dynamic front desk, help coordinate medical cases, and ensure every pet and owner feels welcome, informed, and cared for.
Your Key Responsibilities
Warmly greeting clients and their pets
Managing appointments and coordinating daily workflow with the veterinary team
Handling invoicing, payments, estimates and account queries
Educating clients on our services, wellness plans, and follow-up care
Maintaining accurate records, reminders, and privacy standards
Contributing to social media and client communications
Ensuring our front of house is well presented
Supporting workplace safety and smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
Customer-facing experience with veterinary or medical background
Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and digital
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask under pressure with a calm, compassionate demeanour
Confident with scheduling systems and basic account management
A team player with a genuine passion for animal care
