An exciting new opportunity for a highly organised Settlements Manager to join a high-performing Property Investment Group. This position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end contract process, ensuring property transactions progress efficiently from offer acceptance through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and manage Contracts of Sale for residential and investment properties
* Track contract milestones, including cooling-off periods, finance clauses, building inspections and settlement dates
* Act as the primary liaison between agents, clients, conveyancers, solicitors, brokers, and selling agents
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legislative requirements
* Identify and flag contractual risks or issues to agents and the leadership team
* Work closely with agents, admin, and post-settlement teams
* Assist with process improvements and workflow optimisation
About you:
* Previous experience in property contracts, conveyancing, legal support, or real estate administration
* Strong understanding of residential property contracts and settlement processesExceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of SMSF, investment, and off‐market transactions
