The Supporting Recovery program delivers trauma-informed mental health care services to victim survivors of Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence within Southwest Sydney to support them with their long-term recovery.
About The Service
* Victim-survivors of FDSV can access evidence-based, trauma informed mental health care for up to two years. We can support victim survivors of recent or historical abuse.
* The mental health therapy team is supported by a dedicated local care team to help coordinator and provide case management functions.
* Mental Health Support is available to children 5 years and older and their families who have been impacted by FDSV.
* The program is delivered from hubs in Fairfield, Liverpool and Bankstown.
About The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will support and guide a multidisciplinary team delivering accessible mental health support to young people. This role combines team leadership, clinical support, and service development to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Lead and mentor an existing team of Mental Health Practitioners.
* Provide clinical guidance on the management of complex and high needs clients within agreed service areas and in line with expertise and qualifications.
* Providing clinical supervision in both individual and group settings.
* Contribute to ongoing service development.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

About You
To be a successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary degree qualification applicable to role – i.e. psychology, counselling, social work, or similar
* Registration with relevant professional body – i.e. minimum Level 4 ACA, PACFA Clinical, APHRA, AASW mental health social worker accreditation
* Extensive experience working with clients experiencing trauma in an FDSV setting (mandatory)
* Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams in clinical settings
* Previous experience supporting CALD clients
* Current NSW Driver's Licence and WWCC
