Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and commercial contracting
- Work closely with senior lawyers and partners to deliver high-quality results for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments and trends
Requirements:
- 1-3 years PAE experience in corporate law or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
