The Role
CLA has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Human Resource team aiding with administration functions. Duties include but are not limited to:
* Recruitment
* Administration tasks related to Staff Appraisals
* Ensuring all staff clearances, checks & insurances are current and documented
* Maintaining all staff records
* Supporting the OHS/Training Coordinator in all aspects of Training administration
* Filing of all Human Resources documentation
* Compliance with all CLA Policies & Procedures
Criteria to join the CLA team:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administration role
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal & written
* Reliable, proactive and confident working with people of all abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
* Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
* Positive outlook, with a can-do attitude
* Sound organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks
