**NAPA WA** are looking for a **Mining Sales Coordinator** to support their customers in Kalgoorlie. **BONUS**: You can be based anywhere within the State but work from a NAPA location near you!
**Key responsibilities and skills will include**:
- Develop profitable long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify Product opportunities for the Channel
- Pass on new customer requests requiring Mining BDM to follow up
- Liaise with vendors and organise buy ins
- Communicate required min / max levels of specific products to the Channel/Branch Manager to service customers on going needs.
- Provide regular updates to the Mining Team of any major projects/activities
- Regularly attend sales meetings, training sessions and other business-related activities as required by the company or channel
- Develop customer/product knowledge
- Support Field Based Key Account Managers with quotes, buy ins and admin tasks
- Maintain back-order reports
- Facilitate buy ins to ensure order compliance
- Maintain a 96% DIFOT
- Achieve Team sales and GP targets
**Key requirements of the role**:
- Experienced person with strong history of both sales & admin tasks within the Mining Sector
- Sound knowledge of products within the industry
- Knowledge of Mining or Heavy Industrial having previously worked in or serviced his sector as an internal API, Branch Manager or external sales looking to move into an inside role
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry
- Ability to communicate effectively across the Business.
- Maintain minimum once a week Teams catch up with the Kalgoorlie Manager
- Understands the need for business confidentiality
- IT experience, particularly with ERA and Excel & Word
- Trade or API background desirable but not essential
- Some travel required to visit Kalgoorlie twice a year and attend local sessions with the mining Team
