What You'll Be Doing
* Customer Partnership: Work closely with one of WEG's global customers to provide technical guidance, support, and solutions for electric motor systems.
* Technical Analysis: Conduct root cause investigations and interchangeability studies for motor replacements.
* Sales & Support: Prepare quotations and tenders, respond to enquiries, and support the external sales team.
* Product Expertise: Deliver training, summarise specifications, and perform advanced calculations for motor applications.
* Collaboration: Liaise with WEG factories and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* System Management: Use WEG's internal software tools for motor sizing and offer preparation (training provided).
Who You Are
* Experience in customer support, costing, proposals, and tendering.
* Strong background in electric motor application, selection, and fault finding.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Organised, proactive, and committed to customer service.
* Able to follow processes and resolve issues effectively.
* A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
* Bonus: Engineering degree (electrical/mechanical)
