Job Description
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of early childhood professionals to deliver high-quality educational programs. You will work closely with parents and families to build strong relationships and ensure that children feel safe and supported. Our ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing change within education or community services and possess commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of early childhood professionals
Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
Work closely with parents and families to build strong relationships
Manage centre finances and resources
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Experience in leading and managing change within education or community services
Commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
