HR Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support in the delivery of HR services to employees and management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing effective HR advice to ensure compliance and minimise risk;
* Managing employee relations in a positive, proactive and strategic manner to support the business plan;
* Supporting management with performance reviews and recruitment initiatives;
* Implementing and reviewing policy and procedure in line with employment legislation;
Requirements:
* Relevant degree qualifications and/or equivalent experience;
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role;
* Passionate about people and building top class teams;
* Flexible mindset and proven track record designing and implementing HR systems and processes;
* Excellent problem solving, negotiating and communication skills;
