Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Appointment Setter and Administrative Assistant for an on-site role based in Doncaster, VIC. Responsibilities include managing daily appointment scheduling, coordinating customer communications, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. The role also involves assisting with documentation, client inquiries, and other office tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and administrative skills, including appointment scheduling and record-keeping
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities for managing client inquiries and correspondence
* Proficiency in time management and multitasking
* Experience with common office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
* Understanding of health and safety compliance or familiarity with TR19 standards is advantageous
