🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering a premium customer experience to every guest walking through our doors
* Learning and showcasing our incredible new vehicle range, tailored to each customer’s lifestyle and needs
* Following up leads, building relationships, and turning interest into sales
* Growing and nurturing our existing customer database
* Contributing to a clean, professional, and welcoming dealership environment
✅ What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or KPI-based sales ( previous car sales a bonus but not essential) Minimum 2 years Sales or Hospitality Experience is a must
* A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
* Strong communication, personal presentation, and negotiation skills
* Enthusiasm to learn about vehicles and tech specs (we’ll train you!)
* Resilience, drive, and a team-first attitude
* Current Australian driver’s licence
* Willingness to work an 11-day fortnight and earn what you’re worth!
