* General employment and discrimination law matters
* Complex industrial relations and award interpretation

* Work health and safety investigations and compliance
* Executive contracts, restraint litigation, and workplace investigations
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with well-known partners on high-profile cases
* Manage complex legal matters with expertise in employment, industrial relations, and safety law
* Develop strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in employment/IR/safety law
* Experience in private practice (mid or top tier preferred)
* Excellent communication and client management skills
