About You
You’re a warm, proactive, and detail-savvy Sales Assistant with a knack for creating a welcoming, memorable showroom experience.
You’ll be the face of Profresh for many of our trade and non-trade customers—making them feel at home, helping them find exactly what they need, and ensuring every visit ends with a smile.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create Beautiful Experiences: Greet every customer and provide friendly, knowledgeable service from start to finish.
- Assist with Orders: Retrieve, check, and process customer orders for collection and respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
- Be Product-Savvy: Build deep knowledge of fresh flowers, preserved ranges, and sundries so you can confidently answer questions and offer spot-on recommendations.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Open and close the showroom, and make sure the space is clean, inviting, and well-merchandised.
- Problem-Solve with Care: Address and resolve customer issues professionally, escalating where needed.
- Support the Team: Pitch in with admin, merchandising, and ad hoc tasks to keep everything flowing during busy periods.
- Strive for Growth: Look for opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and continually improve your own knowledge and service.
