Due to growth within their business, we are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join this award-winning team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role that will see you providing Marketing support across branding and project developments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement strategies.
- Plan and coordinate events, including launch events, and manage sponsorship relationships.
- Coordinate public relations activities and liaise with media contacts.
- Maintain the company's online presence, including website maintenance.
- Organize client gifts and manage project marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
- Oversee brand marketing initiatives, including loyalty programs and brand events.
- Assist in proposal pitches for clients and contribute to copywriting and proofreading tasks.
- Manage marketing accounts and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate project information packs and company signage.
- Attend internal and external company events as required.
**The Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for marketing and creativity, with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
