People, Safety and Culture exists to support the Department of Justice and Community Safety's (DJCS) most important assets – its workforce. About the Role

The HRIS System Administrator's role is to monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.

Duties

• Manage configurable changes to the application and other systems as required to ensure change supports and enhances the functionality and integrity of these systems.
• Liaise with key users of the application and other HRIS, as well as system vendors, to determine requirements for ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes accurately and comprehensively.

About You

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in providing support services for enterprise systems that have required troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex issues.
• Understanding of deployment and testing activities required as part of new application releases.
