People, Safety and Culture exists to support the Department of Justice and Community Safety's (DJCS) most important assets – its workforce. We strive to cultivate an enjoyable and efficient working environment that allows our staff to thrive. We do this through organisational transformation, expert management of human resources, payroll, recruitment, occupational health and safety, industrial relations, workforce planning and employment regulations. The HRIS System Administrator's role is to monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
