Our youth residential program provides accommodation and intensive support to children and young people who have a variety of needs.As a Senior Youth Worker, you will coach and mentor a team of Youth Workers in meeting a child or young person's needs whilst promoting culturally safe and competent practice within the program.
You will work in partnership with children, young people, family, and stakeholders in building and delivering cultural strength plans.
