The position of Manager II plays a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence within the Frequency and Time Systems Business Unit. Reporting directly to the Senior Planning Manager for Systems Operations, this individual will be responsible for production and material planning across multiple product lines, ensuring seamless coordination with various teams including Product Line Manager, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Supplier Operations, and Management.
Key duties include managing day-to-day activities across four manufacturing sites, mentoring staff members, and developing performance reviews. The successful candidate will also lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, gathering information from various sources, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive supply chain efficiency.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess an advanced degree and 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Engineering, Purchasing, Material or Production Planning, Operations or Supply Chain Management, Master Production Scheduling. APICS Certification and Lean Six Sigma certification are highly desirable.
