To be successful in this position, you should meet the following criteria:
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Knowledge of the residential aged care framework and accreditation standards
* Previous aged care experience - highly regarded
* Ability to supervise Enrolled Nurses and personal care assistants
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
The role
* Registered Nurse Level 1
* Flexible, part-time positions available, up to full-time hours
* Hourly rate on par with Qld Health
* Competitive salary packaging - better than Qld Health
* 11.5% superannuation
* Relocation package available for the right candidate
* $2000 sign-on bonus for new graduates
* $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with at least 12 months experience (conditions apply)
