Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Extension Agronomist to drive the growth and success of our forage seed business in Australia.
This role involves implementing a farm system approach to maximize the impact of our seed portfolio.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to sales teams, coordinate trial site establishment for testing and training, and represent tropical forage species in internal and external stakeholder engagements.
This position covers the entire supply chain, from initial product concept to market strategy, including overseeing high-grade seed production and supporting sales and marketing teams with technical expertise.

* Conduct market and farming systems analysis to optimize seed portfolio positioning.
* Provide technical support to sales teams.
* Establish and manage trial sites for testing, demonstration, and training.
* Represent northern forage species in stakeholder engagements.
* Support high-grade seed production, including early breeding seed bulk-ups.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise.
