This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Dubbo with flexible working supported as per the Department's Flexible Working Policy.
About the Role:
* Lead a team of compliance specialists who investigate complex issues tied to major development projects
* Guide investigations, ensuring environmental and planning conditions are met
* Take action when required
Key Responsibilities:
* Knowledge of legislation and policies governing land use planning and regulation
* Analytical skills to navigate technical issues
* Confidence in managing sensitive matters
* Mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement
