Centre Manager / Centre Director + NS

I am currently head-hunting for experienced **CENTRE DIRECTORS / NS** in **Maroubra East, Artarmon,** **Gladesville and the Hills District** for a prestigious National provider.
**Your new role**
As a Centre Director, your role encompasses several critical responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare centre such as to comply with the National Law and National Regulations. You will ensure that safety, quality, and operational requirements are met. You will regularly review policies and procedures to align with legal guidelines and continuously monitor practices and reflect on their alignment with legal requirements and optimise the centre's occupancy rate through effective marketing and parent engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring there is Balance fair wages for staff while maintaining the centre's budget and identifying and managing controllable costs (e.g., supplies, utilities, administration).
**What you'll need to succeed**
Must have atleast 2 years experience working as a Centre Director
Diploma level (or above) qualification in early years' education
Valid Working with Children's Check
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
Thorough knowledge of the responsibilities of all educators and staff under the current Child Protection laws
Extensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework
Current knowledge of contemporary early years thinking and practice
