As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects globally within the Liquidity RRAP transformation portfolio.

This role will report to the Senior Change Manager to deliver on the User Developed Applications (UDA) Governance and Skills Uplift initiative including process redesign/uplift, technology implementation and operating model review.

You're a natural collaborator, with proven ability to build relationships and support others. Needless to say, you have excellent communications skills, with an ability to make the complex simple for our stakeholders and end users.

**What impact will you have?**

Working closely with project teams in Group Treasury, and with stakeholders right across FMG and RMG, your role will include:

- Conducting change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of a change to the business, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
- Stakeholder analysis and engagement planning using human centred design techniques such as persona development and user journey maps
- Developing and executing change and communication plans to deliver fit for purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
- Designing, developing and delivering change collateral e.g., presentations, training materials, and reference materials.
- Working with functional leaders to develop and deploy bespoke people engagement plans and activities to overcome resistance and facilitate adoption.
- Collaborating and taking part in our change management network, sharing success, inspiration, and learnings to build on the change capability within the broader group.

**What skills will you use?**

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in supporting businesses to deliver exceptional people outcomes. You will have a proven track record of exceptional influencing and the ability to present ideas and insights through storytelling. This combined with a delivery background, you will be adept at identifying and translating people impacts into meaningful change management interventions.

You are highly collaborative and a natural problem solver. You are proactive, organised and people-oriented, experienced in dealing with a range of stakeholders with an ability to engage staff around a clear vision amidst a wide range of initiatives underway.

**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in delivering end to end change management for a particular workstream.
- Be curious, always asking, "What's new," and "How can we do this better".

- Demonstrate initiative and tenacity, finding ways to deliver through challenges.

- Flexibility to adapt approach and plans to change environment and priorities.
- Confident in communicating with the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful messages and develop a change narrative that resonates with individuals.
