Job Description
At BESIX Watpac, we're growing, and we're looking for a proactive and relationship‐driven Resourcing Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll play a valued part in shaping our workforce that deliver world class projects in Australia and New Zealand.
Based in our national head office in Fortitude Valley, you will be responsible for:
* Partnering with hiring managers to deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment process.
* Implementing proactive sourcing initiatives to build strong talent pipelines.
* Managinga seamless onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
* Representing BESIX Watpac at careers fairs, university events and industry functions.
Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require:
* Previous recruitment experience, in an Advisor or Coordinator capacity.
* Experience with recruiting within construction, or related sectors, will be highly regarded.
* Demonstrated experience in applying effective candidate sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
