The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven HVACR Plumber to join the TAS Projects Team, focusing on installations in Hobart, who will be primarily responsible for delivering high-quality installations & commissioning of HVACR systems on commercial project sites.
The role involves interpreting plans and specifications, conducting site measurements, and preparing systems for installation, including setting out pipework, ductwork, refrigeration systems, and equipment mounting.
Key Competencies
The successful candidate will possess the following:
* Experience installing & commissioning HVACR systems, including ducted units, split systems, ventilation and refrigeration equipment
* Ability to interpret plans, drawings & specifications to complete accurate and compliant installations
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, state regulations and industry standards
* Ability to liaise with Project Managers, Builders and other trades to meet project schedules
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a pleasant phone manner
* Well-presented and reliable, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
