Are you a self-motivated professional ready for an exciting and rare opportunity? Queensland Country Bank is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to be a key player in our Head Office on a 9-month contract basis.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to our CEO, Executive Management, and Board. You’ll help drive our organisation’s strategic priorities and business goals by managing multiple tasks efficiently, supporting key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth, effective communication across the board.
This is a full time, contract position based on a 38 hour work week, based in our Townsville Head Office.
About The Role

* Deliver executive-level support to the CEO, Executive team, and Board
* Manage and prioritise multiple tasks with precision and professionalism
* Provide strategic management assistance aligned with business goals
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients through prompt, courteous communication
* Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, organisational communication and events.
About You
* Proven ability to manage workflow, priorities, diaries and schedules of multiple persons, including themselves and the executive.
* Established administrative skills and experience with a high level of attention to detail
* Proven computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
* Well-developed relationship-building skills and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent written skills with the ability to produce high level communication to the broader organisation
* Proactive with the ability to perform task within deadlines.
* A high level of personal integrity, adaptability and diplomacy with the ability to maintain superior standards of professional conduct and confidentiality
* Possess strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and understand the nuances of the industry in which the organisation operates
