Senior Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support, grow and optimize our communications with Distributors across Australia and New Zealand. This role is crucial in promoting and developing local, regional and world-wide programs, events and incentives to drive business growth.
* Promote and develop strategic initiatives to drive distributor engagement and retention.
* Utilize Business Intelligence to understand opportunities and risks, providing regular meetings to facilitate business understanding with distributors.
* Mastery of the Marketing Plan and capitalize on recognition programs by inspiring and expanding members' horizons from 'as is' to 'to be' vision.
Detailed Responsibilities/Duties:
* Increase and maximize daily consumption models by identifying and developing current and new business opportunities.
* Develop and manage promotions for Australia & NZ, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to cater for meetings for BD and Regional Field Sales.
* Support best practice and optimize Nutrition Clubs as a key daily consumption model.
* Support best practice and optimize Fit Clubs as a key daily consumption model.
* Understand the City by City approach, including business development stages activities, including Deep Dive meetings.
* Awareness of Sales (Regional) best practices and establish network of support.
* Provide support for Events Team with qualifications expertise.
* Support Senior Manager in S&P, PT and TAB Team meetings as the Marketing Plan expert.
* Support HN Grow and other identified innovative Member solutions to drive growth.
