The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited provides community-based services to vulnerable people across Residential Aged Care, Home and Community Care, and Independent Living throughout New South Wales.
We are seeking a Financial Accountant to play a critical role in preparing the accounts for Support at Home, utilizing financial expertise while providing business partnering support across the organization.
* This role will focus on accounts preparation, management reports, coaching, and educating stakeholders in the interpretation of financial results.
* You will work within a wonderful finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager - Corporate.
* The successful candidate will work within a values-based organization focused on continuous improvement while delivering services in a customer-focused, engaging, and innovative manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Experience in Financial Accounting supported by tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Accounting.
* Professional Accounting qualification, e.g. CA/CPA.
* Commercial acumen with excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated, honest, and flexible with a professional work ethic.
* Ability to maintain valuable internal and external relationships.
* Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
