About The Role
Gaming Attendant | Monash Hotel. We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. You'll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments for guests.
* Contribute positively to a culture of responsibility focused on safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
* You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates.
* You are a team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
* You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG & Gaming License qualifications.
* You'll be yourself and come as you are—ALH is known for its people.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
