Turosi is seeking an experienced National Information Systems Manager to oversee the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications across Australia. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring technology enables operational excellence, innovation, and sustained business growth.

About the Role
As the National Information Systems Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop a high‑performing applications team (including BC Lead Analyst and Business Systems Analyst).
* Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of core systems including Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & FinOps.
* Manage application support, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades across on‑prem and cloud environments.
* Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Exec teams to deliver business‑critical solutions.
* Oversee a portfolio of technology programs, driving improvements in efficiency, automation, and business capability.
* Evaluate new applications and recommend enterprise deployment strategies.
* Provide governance over project planning, feasibility, and prioritisation.
* Present business cases and recommendations to the Australia IT Steering Committee.
About You
You’re a strategic IT leader who can simplify complexity, engage stakeholders, and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
You will bring:
* 15+ years’ experience in IT leadership with responsibility for enterprise systems.
* Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related fields; postgraduate qualifications in project/change management ideal.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC/FinOps.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence executive stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
