About the Role We're seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who cares about quality work, to join our team in Ballina, NSW.
This full-time role is responsible for the manufacture and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry and furniture for residential and commercial clients.
This role will be predominantly installation of cabinetry on site, across the Byron to Ballina region.
Our team enjoys work-life balance, 7am - 3.30pm work days with early knock-off on Friday arvos, to enjoy the beautiful area we live in!
What we're looking for: Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery3yrs+ experience as a Cabinet Maker, preferably in a custom or bespoke furniture workshopStrong knowledge of cabinet design, construction methods, materials and finishing techniquesProficient in using a range of hand and power tools, including CNC machineryExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsGood communication and time management skillsCommitted to maintaining a safe, organised and clean work environmentWhy join us: At Dynamic Kitchens & Joinery, we pride ourselves on creating a positive, collaborative work culture where our team can thrive, including:
