Partnering with our client who have successfully delivered multiple projects in the Perth Metro, we are now looking for an experienced Leading Hand and someone wanting a pathway into a supervisory position, alongside a company well recognised within the industry. The Role
With another busy year forecasted for 2026, they are taking the opportunity to bring on board a leading hand with digger excavator, and posi track experience to lead small crews, and be guided into a supervisor within the business within a 12 month period. Complete with a handover, this role will the perfect pathway into taking that next step in your career!
About You
* You will be an individual that takes pride in your work, looking to deliver to a standard you'd be happy to receive.
* Looks to create a collaborative culture, and prior leadership experience, leading small crews and fostering a positive site environment.
* You'll be driven and career motivated, have a strong level of attention to detail, and prioritize safety.
* Honesty is integral within this business, and a willingness to take responsibility.
To Be Successful You Will Have
* Relevant qualifications and operating tickets.
* Minimum of 3 Years Experience as a leading hand or supervisor.
* C-Class Drivers Licence.
* Western Power Access Card (Highly Desirable).
* Experience completing Before You Dig Enquiries.
