This role is located in Clayton and is 5-days in office, with flexibility offered around this.Job DescriptionOversee all financial operations, including tax, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure compliance with new Australian financial regulations and standards, including revenue recognition.Lead and mentor a team of three staff members.Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.Assist in project-based finance work, including policy & procedure development.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.CPA or CA qualification, or equivalent professional certification.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and strategies.Tax, reporting, and compliance knowledge.Strong business partnering skills with non-financial departments.What\'s on Offer$160,000 plus superannuation plus a car.Automotive & Engineering industry.Lead a team of 3.Clayton Location.5-day on-site requirement.
