Role: Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader
Location: Gateshead, NSW 2290
Centre: Goodstart Gateshead
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $43.55 - $66.08 per hour + $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance + Super
Responsibilities
* Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
* Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
* Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
* Diversify your daily routine by supporting the team across different rooms
* Lead a team of 20+ Early Childhood Professionals in the centre
* Enjoy working in a rotating roster during the centre's operational hours from 7am to 6pm

You'll Need
* Bachelor in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Teacher Accreditation (NESA)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
